Eric Schaefer

Principal + Designated Broker

Eric Schaefer has deep roots in Arizona, graduating from Phoenix Country Day School, followed by Washington University in St. Louis. He served in marketing and leadership roles at Nissan Motor Corporation, Autobytel, and Macromedia. Eric now owns Schaefer + Associates, LLC and serves as its Designated Broker. He remains involved as a hands-on property manager and works closely with his team and clients. When he isn’t working, Eric pursues his interests in sailing and vintage cars, and serves on the board of directors for two local non-profit organizations. Fun Fact: Eric subscribes to 10 different car magazines and presently has 6 cats living in his house. (Seriously…)
